The billing and client platform for digital service providers
PayStream is a secure, fast payment platform for digital services, and the system providers use to invoice clients, collect payment, and manage the clients they serve. It brings billing, service delivery, and client records into one system, so an agency, studio, consultancy, or independent freelancer can run the commercial side of the business without stitching together four or five separate tools.
Money moves in two directions on PayStream. PayPal payments are collected through the same checkout, where a client pays from their PayPal balance or a linked bank or card account. Larger invoices can instead settle in stablecoins — USDC on Arbitrum One, or USDT on TRC-20 — which gives international clients a way to pay in a dollar-pegged asset without a wire transfer or a currency conversion. Both paths record against the same client, project, and invoice, so reporting stays in one place regardless of how the money arrived.
PayStream is built for the people who sell expertise rather than products: creative and development studios, marketing and growth agencies, consultancies, bookkeepers, designers, and solo operators who have outgrown a spreadsheet but do not want an enterprise ERP. If your revenue comes from retainers, project milestones, or recurring service subscriptions, and your clients are spread across time zones and currencies, you are who we build for.
PayStream is designed and maintained by a team of developers and designers who previously built billing and client-management systems for agencies and software companies. That background shapes how we prioritise: fewer features, deeper reliability, and a deliberate bias toward the parts of a service business that quietly break — dunning, partial payments, currency mismatches, and the reconciliation that follows them.
We work in the open with the providers who use the platform. Feature requests, migration questions, and integration needs go straight to the people who build PayStream, and the roadmap is set by the workflows our customers actually run every month.
Payment choice, not payment friction
Every provider should be able to invoice the way their client wants to pay, whether that is PayPal, a bank transfer, or a stablecoin.
Built for service businesses
PayStream is shaped around retainers, project milestones, and recurring subscriptions rather than physical inventory or shipping.
Boring where it matters
Billing, invoices, and payment records need to be reliable and auditable. We keep the fundamentals simple and predictable.
Borderless by default
Remote clients should not have to fight cross-border wires or wait days for funds to clear before work can begin.
